From the craftsman: Just beyond our workshop near the head of the Appalachian Trail, a mama bear and her two cubs often wander the trails. In the early morning light, we catch glimpses of them; playful, curious, and watchful. Their presence is a humbling reminder of the wildness that surrounds us and the powerful force of nature that lives just beyond the forest’s edge.
